Review the binding terms, conditions, and rights governing the use of DevZee software engineering services, educational bootcamps, and SaaS platforms.
Binding Legal Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and DevZee Innovations (PVT) Ltd. ("DevZee", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website, commissioning engineering services, creating a portal account, or enrolling in training programs, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing any digital services, software engineering solutions, or educational programs provided by DevZee Innovations (PVT) Ltd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platforms and services.
These terms apply universally to all enterprise clients, prospective partners, visitors, registered students, mentors, and system administrators accessing our digital properties.
User Accounts & Role Hierarchy
Access to certain features of our SaaS and LMS Portal requires account registration or an authorized administrative invitation.
Account Accuracy & Credential Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities conducted under your credentials.
Role-Based Access Governance
Our portal enforces strict role segregation (Student, Mentor, Staff, Admin, Super Admin). Attempting to bypass role guards, forge authorization tokens, or access namespaces outside your assigned tier is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
Invitation Codes
Specialized staff or mentor invitations are single-use, non-transferable, and time-restricted. Attempting to redistribute invitation tokens without authorization is prohibited.
Enterprise Engineering & Client Services
For commercial software engineering engagements (Enterprise ERP, E-Commerce platforms, Healthcare technology, Custom Web & Mobile Apps, AI Integrations, and Growth Marketing):
Statements of Work (SOW)
Project deliverables, sprint schedules, milestones, acceptance criteria, and fee structures are formally governed by mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).
Client Review & Acceptance Testing
Upon delivery of sprint milestones or release builds, the client is allocated an agreed-upon User Acceptance Testing (UAT) window (typically 10 business days) to review and provide consolidated feedback before milestone sign-off.
Intellectual Property Rights
Client Deliverables & Code
Full intellectual property rights to custom software architectures and source code created under client contracts transfer to the client upon complete settlement of all agreed contracted invoices.
DevZee Proprietary IP
All rights, titles, and interests in our SaaS platforms, LMS codebase, logos, trademarks, pedagogical materials, and reusable utility libraries remain the exclusive property of DevZee Innovations.
Student Project Rights
Students retain ownership of original code authored during bootcamps, granting DevZee a non-exclusive license to feature exemplary student capstones for promotional and educational showcases.
Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms
All fees, payment milestones, and refund guidelines are structured with full transparency:
Client Engineering Services: Invoices are issued based on agreed milestone schedules. Payments are due within the timeframe specified on each invoice (typically Net-15 or Net-30). In the event of prolonged non-payment, DevZee reserves the right to pause project development and milestone delivery until balances are reconciled.
Bootcamp Enrollments: Course fees must be settled prior to batch orientation or according to an approved installment schedule. Refund requests submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to official batch commencement are eligible for a full refund minus administrative processing fees. Once a cohort commences and materials are accessed, course fees are non-refundable.
Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of local taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or statutory withholdings unless explicitly specified otherwise.
Educational Bootcamps & LMS Terms
DevZee offers practical industry bootcamps (including Full-Stack Engineering, UI/UX Design, and Professional Communication). Students enrolled in our programs agree to the following standards:
Curriculum License
Course materials, recorded lectures, starter boilerplates, and exercises are licensed solely for the personal, non-commercial educational use of the enrolled individual. Redistributing or reselling DevZee courseware is strictly forbidden.
Academic Integrity
Students must submit original work for assignments and capstone evaluations. Plagiarism, unauthorized code duplication, or having third parties complete coursework will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Certification & Public Verification
DevZee issues verifiable digital certificates upon satisfactory completion of bootcamp requirements, project milestones, and attendance criteria:
- Public Registry: Each issued credential contains a unique serial number verifiable on our public verification portal (devzee.co/verify).
- Revocation Authority: DevZee reserves the right to revoke or invalidate any certificate found to have been obtained through academic dishonesty, impersonation, or breach of these terms.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct across our portals, communication channels, or infrastructure:
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly warranted in a signed client contract, our websites and software platforms are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DevZee Innovations (PVT) Ltd., its directors, employees, mentors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime.
In no event shall DevZee's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of our services exceed the amount paid by you to DevZee in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Suspension & Account Termination
DevZee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke portal access, or cancel services immediately upon written notice if:
- You materially breach any provision of these Terms of Service or your project contract.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior that jeopardizes platform security.
- You fail to satisfy outstanding billing installments after formal notice.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, arbitration, or proceeding arising under these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Kurunegala or Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Modifications & Inquiries
We may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect technological enhancements, operational changes, or statutory updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate when the latest revisions took effect.
